Graham Hornigold


Graham’s career has spanned over an impressive twenty-eight years with experience ranging across 5* hotels, Michelin starred restaurants and multiple retail operations. Graham started his career in some of London’s most iconic hotels, building his name and culinary insight as Executive Pastry Chef at the revered Lanesborough hotel, and the Mandarin Oriental hotel, Hyde Park. During his time working within operations, he won a number of awards including five UK Tea Guild Best Afternoon Tea between 2005–2010, a bachelor’s degree and the title of UK Pastry Chef of the Year in 2007.

Along with a professional approach, Graham brings innovation, temperance and understanding to trainees and operations whilst continually mentoring young chefs. A perpetual figure on the UK and global pastry circuits, Graham has also judged many professional competitions including UK National Chef of the Year, the Annual Awards of Excellence and most recently was named as the UK judge for the upcoming World Chocolate Masters Final. Television appearances and countless interviews on and offline help to position Graham as one of the highest regarded and leading pastry chefs out of the UK today.

For the last three years Graham has been developing the Longboys brand from conception, to now having three sites, stockists including Harrods, and an events arm to the business servicing festivals, corporate events and more.
